The Manager will lead agribusiness division, driving the bank’s mission to empower sustainable agricultural development across Kenya. This role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes smallholder farmers, dairy cooperatives, Agri-SMEs, and climate-smart agriculture initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic leadership, product innovation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the bank’s impact in the agricultural sector. **

Qualifications & Experience: **

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Finance, or a related field. 

• A master’s degree is an added advantage. 

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in agribusiness financing or related sectors. 

• Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of agricultural value chains, climate-smart agriculture, and rural finance. 

• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. 

• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
