The Website Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines and business goals. Responsibilities include coordinating website updates with internal teams, managing property listings, optimizing site structure and navigation, and collaborating with designers and developers to improve user experience. The role involves monitoring site performance, implementing SEO and basic digital optimization best practices, and using analytics to recommend enhancements that drive traffic, leads, and conversions. The Website Manager will also support online campaigns, ensure consistent branding across web pages, and maintain site security and basic technical health in partnership with IT or external vendors. Qualifications
Strong skills in Content Management, including updating pages, managing property listings, and maintaining consistent, error-free website content. Experience with Web Design and user experience principles, with the ability to collaborate on layouts, navigation, and responsive design improvements. Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, interpret data, and recommend actions that improve traffic and engagement. Knowledge of E-Commerce and lead-generation workflows, including online inquiries, forms, and basic conversion optimization for real estate or similar services. Demonstrated Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver website updates and initiatives on schedule while coordinating multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with SEO best practices, basic HTML/CSS, and common CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar systems). Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present technical and performance information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in Nairobi, collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, and adapt to changing business needs. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in real estate, property development, or a related industry is an added advantage.
