- SENIOR COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER We are also seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Communications Officer to support the execution of strategic communication initiatives and help strengthen a consistent corporate voice across internal and external platforms. This role is ideal for a professional with strong writing, coordination, media relations and content development skills. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for: • Coordinating communication with various stakeholders such as dealers, partners, government institutions as per the Isuzu EA stakeholder engagement matrix. • Supporting the execution of communication plans and maintaining content calendars across internal, digital and media channels. • Developing clear business messaging, including speeches, presentations and leadership communication materials. • Preparing communication materials for product launches, corporate events and Isuzu EA Foundation initiatives. • Supporting brand visibility, public relations campaigns and reputation management activities. • Assisting with crisis communication, including issue response coordination and media sentiment monitoring. • Managing media relations, including press materials, journalist engagement and event publicity. • Developing internal communication content to support employee engagement, change initiatives and policy updates. • Tracking communication effectiveness through reports, feedback, surveys and media analysis. • Administering communication platforms, oversee material production, monitor KPIs and support budget tracking. • Performing any other communication related duties assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Business Management. • Strong command of desktop publishing tools and AI-powered presentation & design applications. • KCSE mean grade B+. • Five (5) years’ relevant experience in brand building, media relations and event planning.
