Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and government entities.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

Coordinate and attend industry events, business forums, and professional networking functions in Nairobi and beyond.

Track and analyse sales pipeline, conversion rates, and marketing ROI, and prepare monthly reports for management.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic positioning.
Support cross-selling of the firm's full range of services including audit, tax advisory, consultancy, and bookkeeping.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Marketing, Commerce from a recognised institution.

Professional marketing certification (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing Certificate) is an added advantage.

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within professional services, financial services, or B2B environments.

Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.

Understanding of the Kenyan financial/audit SME landscape and corporate market dynamics is highly desirable.
