We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our coffee subsidiary, which spans the entire crop-to-cup journey — from cultivation and processing to sales and marketing. This role will be pivotal in identifying new market opportunities, building strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring our coffee brand thrives across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with a passion for the coffee industry, helping us strengthen our presence along the full value chain.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness or related field. 6–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with at least 3 years in leadership. Proven track record in business development within a manufacturing set up Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
