Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Provide customer support through chat channels, ensuring timely and accurateresponses. WhatsApp chats as well Us making Customer issue follow up and inquiries to ensure prompt resolution. Attaining the required Customer satisfaction rate. Attain daily clearance and response rate below 3min Requirements: Typing speed of 40 words per Minute Degree or diploma in a Business-related Course Experience in a similar role Good Customer Service Skills Good communication skills
