The role is responsible for enhancing corporate reputation, brand visibility, and driving social impact projects. Key Responsibilities Support implementation of corporate communication strategy Develop and disseminate press releases, briefing notes, internal magazines, and stakeholder updates Monitor media coverage and support media engagement activities (press conferences, interviews, briefings) Coordinate employee communication initiatives, events, and internal platforms Plan and implement CSR and sustainability projects, liaising with NGOs, government agencies, and community groups Track project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and impact metrics Coordinate beneficiary engagements, project launches, and handover events Maintain CSR documentation and support sustainability reporting Prepare reports on communications, CSR activities, and stakeholder engagements Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance dashboards Qualifications & Experience Graduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or related field Certification in Project Management, CSR, Sustainability, or ESG is an added advantage 3–5 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, PR, or related fields Experience working in a corporate environment and performance-driven organisation Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong planning and organisational ability Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong presentation and leadership skills Business awareness and analytical problem-solving capability Report writing and innovative thinking Knowledge of local media industry
