We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa & Wellness Therapist to deliver exceptional therapeutic and relaxation treatments to our guests. The ideal candidate will provide personalized wellness experiences that align with the hotel standards, ensuring comfort, professionalism, and outstanding service at all times.

Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and conduct professional consultations. Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Deliver personalized spa experiences to exceed guest expectations. Maintain guest confidentiality and comfort at all times. Handle guest spa inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Perform a variety of treatments such as body scrubs and manicure and pedicure services Ensure treatment rooms are prepared before and after each session. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. Promote hotel spa packages Upsell services where appropriate to maximize revenue. Support hotel team members during busy periods.

Skills & Qualifications Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution. Minimum 2years of experience in a hotel or luxury spa environment preferred. Proficiency in various massage and body treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service Knowledge of holistic therapies (e.g. Thai massage)
