Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.Key Responsibilities: Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics related to recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support HR audits. Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives. Support the implementation and utilization of HR systems and processes. Must Have Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR qualification (CHRP, IHRM, or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
