It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of credit risk, collections, and portfolio management. Experience in product development and performance management. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Professional qualifications in Product Management, Banking, Finance, or Project Management are an added advantage. Must Have Qualifications: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Logbook. Loan portfolio and achieve business targets. Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, pricing, enhancements, and market positioning. Monitor portfolio performance, loan disbursements, revenue, profitability, and portfolio quality. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
