Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance or related field Experience Required 5-7 years Proven experience in developing and refining scored lending strategies, including credit rules, scorecards, and decision-making frameworks Strong analytical capability with experience using data and insights to support credit decisions, optimise portfolio performance, and identify business growth opportunities Demonstrated experience in designing and enhancing lending products and customer journeys using customer behaviour, portfolio trends, and performance insights Experience collaborating with risk, data, and technology teams to translate lending strategies into effective solutions within decisioning systems.
