Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics.

3 years’ work experience

Strong planning and organizational skills

Flexibility to work shift patterns and odd days.

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

English and Kiswahili both spoken and written.

Problem solving and analytical thinking

Ensure daily briefing and debriefing is done before commencing operations (Toolbox meeting).

Carry out receipt of goods in good condition and in the right quantity from the supplier and ensure sign off by driver and security personnel.

Carry out data entry of received stocks in WMS in real-time on confirmation of receipt.

Fully responsible for product handling, picking, storage and stock integrity.

Control stock loss and offer explanation on any non-conformity or stock variance to Site Lead for investigation and escalation.

Control access to the warehouse for non-warehouse staff.

Ensure standard quality products are maintained in the warehouse zones, and the WMS system is aligned to physical storage quantities.

Maintain Clear and accurate record keeping on daily reports, productivities, warehouse resource list and filing records, etc.

Fully responsible for safety at the various workstations with zero LTA.
