Job Description Collections Registry Officer – Remote This role can be based anywhere across New Zealand. If you live in Auckland or Wellington you will work in our Contact Centres in Ellerslie, or Central Wellington. After a period of up to 6 months, you may be eligible for hybrid work-from-home options. If you are based outside of these centres, you will work permanently from home. Te Haeata/The Opportunity Serving all New Zealanders Ongoing comprehensive training and support Opportunity to assist people at some of their hardest moments As a Collections Registry Officer, you will be helping customers to resolve their fines and other civil matters through professional and efficient communication. You will help them with their questions and assist them to get what they need, when they need it. Utu ā-tau/Salary The remuneration band for this role is $60,729 to $80,794 - while the appointing salary will be between $60,729 to $69,414 per annum.
