We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive based in Nairobi to support the launch of our POS and QR payment services in the Kenyan market. Your Responsibilities: Identify and approach restaurants, cafés and hospitality businesses. Meet restaurant owners and decision-makers. Present product demonstrations and identify business needs. Help onboard pilot restaurants and convert interested businesses into paying subscribers. Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners. Maintain regular communication with our remote team. Ideal Profile: At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restaurant POS, hospitality technology, fintech or SaaS. Existing relationships with restaurant owners are a strong advantage. Fluent in English and Swahili. French is a plus. Independent, proactive and comfortable with field sales. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Salary & Benefits: Fixed base salary of KES 20,000 per month, plus applicable statutory entitlements. Up to KES 2,500 commission after each confirmed first subscription payment. Up to KES 1,500 additional commission after the customer's first successful renewal. Flexible part-time schedule. Product training, demo materials and technical assistance provided.
