About The Role We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented, and commercially savvy Procurement OS&E Manager to join our high-end hospitality team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end procurement of OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) for ultra-luxury hospitality projects — from concept alignment through sourcing, logistics, installation, and operational handover. You will work closely with design teams, operators, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure all OS&E packages meet the highest standards of quality, brand alignment, budget control, and operational efficiency, particularly in complex and remote locations. Key Responsabilities Lead OS&E procurement strategy in line with brand standards and budgets Manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization Own budgets, track spend, and identify risks and savings Ensure alignment with design, operations, and regulations Oversee logistics, delivery, and installation across projects Support pre-opening and ensure smooth operational handover Act as key liaison with operators, brands, and suppliers Requirements Relevant degree (Hospitality, Supply Chain, Procurement, or similar) 10 to 15 years of OS&E procurement experience in luxury hospitality Experience working with high-end hotel brands Strong budgeting, negotiation, and pre-opening experience International sourcing and logistics experience Fluent English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus) What We Offer Full-time, hybrid role with flexibility Equipment provided as needed Work alongside a highly skilled, international, multidisciplinary team Opportunity to contribute to a world-class luxury development project By submitting this application, I agree that my personal data will be collected, processed, and retained by the company solely for the purposes of managing and assessing my candidacy.
