Role Overview The Group Procurement Coordinator plays a central role in managing and executing procurement operations across Adaptis International and its subsidiaries. The role ensures that all procurement activities are well-structured, cost-effective, and aligned with operational requirements and business priorities. This position acts as the key link between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that procurement needs are accurately defined, efficiently sourced, and delivered within required timelines. The role is responsible for maintaining a disciplined procurement process, ensuring compliance, visibility, and consistency across all business units. The coordinator will also drive supplier performance, support inventory planning, and contribute to cost optimization initiatives, while ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and services. Key Responsibilities Procurement Operations & Execution: Manage the full procurement lifecycle across all business units, including reviewing requests, sourcing suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries. Ensure all procurement activities are executed in a timely, accurate, and structured manner aligned with operational and project requirements. Supplier & Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network, manage supplier relationships, and support onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking. Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations while addressing performance issues where necessary. Operational & Technical Procurement: Coordinate procurement of spare parts, engineering materials, and operational supplies, working closely with internal teams to ensure availability of critical items and alignment with technical and project needs. Inventory & Stock Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, support demand planning, and ensure alignment between procurement activities and stock requirements to avoid shortages or overstocking. Cost Management & Budget Control: Monitor procurement spend, ensure alignment with budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier comparisons, negotiations, and efficient sourcing strategies. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation to support transparency and audit readiness. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central link between procurement, finance, operations, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities, timely payments, and alignment across all stakeholders. Process Improvement & Systems: Support the implementation and improvement of procurement systems, standardise workflows, and enhance efficiency through better processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
