The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely visa applications while delivering excellent customer service to clients planning international travel.   🎯 Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end visa application processing for various destinations Advise clients on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures Review, verify, and organize supporting travel documents for accuracy and completeness Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers where necessary Book and coordinate travel appointments, interviews, and submissions Maintain accurate client records and application tracking systems Provide timely updates to clients on visa status and requirements Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company procedures Support general tours and travel operations as needed 🎓 Minimum Requirements Diploma or Degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or related field Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Tours & Travel company (mandatory) Strong knowledge of visa application processes and requirements Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and high level of organization Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines ⭐ Ideal Candidate Profile Highly organized and detail-oriented Passionate about travel, tourism, and client service Confident in handling client-facing responsibilities Trustworthy, professional, and able to manage sensitive documents Proactive problem solver with strong follow-through skills 💰 Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: KES 20,000 – 25,000 Commission: 5% on qualifying revenue Exposure to international travel operations Growth opportunities within a dynamic travel company Supportive and fast-paced working environment
