The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the Agriculture Field Operations Teams, ensuring efficient coordination of field activities, accurate data management, and smooth day-to-day operations. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage permits and approvals, ensuring all agricultural and logistical activities comply with regulatory requirements. Support planning and execution of cane harvesting and development, ensuring efficient scheduling, transport coordination, and optimal use of vehicles. Facilitate accurate farmer payments, monitor recoveries and outstanding balances, and ensure proper documentation and data accuracy. Oversee office administration, staff performance, discipline, welfare, and resource management within the region. Maintain accurate and up-to-date farmer records, including contracts, acreage, and outstanding balances, and support reconciliation processes. Prepare regular reports, support data-driven decisions, and coordinate with key departments to ensure smooth operations. Compile and manage agricultural data and prepare timely reports Ensure adherence to policies and controls, support audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support and coordinate block farming initiatives and promote group farming through farmer engagement. Coordinate field activities across zones and support field teams Facilitate processing of Farmer contracts. Monitor, record departmental expenses, assist in budget making and tracking Facilitate communication between management, field staff, and farmers Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures. Tracking of staff performance. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, preferably in an agricultural environment. Experience working with field operations and data management is an added advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
