Role Summary

Kehara Investments Limited is seeking an Office Assistant for its Nakuru location. This role combines financial record-keeping, cashier supervision, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile and prepare financial accounts and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reports.
  • Supervise and coordinate cashiers, including onboarding and staff reshuffling.
  • Enforce proper cash handling and accountability procedures.
  • Support general business administration tasks and office workflow.
  • Provide administrative support to management as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Minimum Age: 30 years.
