Role Summary
Kehara Investments Limited is seeking an Office Assistant for its Nakuru location. This role combines financial record-keeping, cashier supervision, and general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare financial accounts and related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reports.
- Supervise and coordinate cashiers, including onboarding and staff reshuffling.
- Enforce proper cash handling and accountability procedures.
- Support general business administration tasks and office workflow.
- Provide administrative support to management as required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum Age: 30 years.
