NW Realite Limited is a property consultancy firm established out of a merger of competencies between Ngotho Wathome Limited (Incorporated in 1992) and Realite Limited (Incorporated in 1999) having over twenty five (25) years active presence in the real estate industry in Kenya. The firm, which is 100% locally owned provides real estate information technology solutions, valuation services, property management, facilities management, estate agency and property development consultancy services. NW Realite operates within the confines of legislation that govern the practice of estate agency and valuation in Kenya. The company principals are all members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and are registered under the Valuers Act Cap 532 and Estate Agents Act Cap 533 of the Laws of Kenya. The company has its main offices in Nairobi and site offices in Mombasa, Thika, Machakos, Eldoret and Nakuru towns.RESPONSIBILITIES Plumbing Systems Management Install, maintain, and repair water and drainage systems; Minor Electrical Works Perform basic electrical installations, repairs, and fault troubleshooting in line with safety standards. Property Inspections & Monitoring Conduct routine inspections; monitor water and sewer systems; assess shared facilities. Reporting & Documentation Submit inspection and maintenance reports; maintain accurate records. Operational Support Assist the Property Manager with planning, technical input, and team coordination. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and minor electrical works. Previous experience working in Grade A Building would be an added advantage Proven experience in plumbing works within commercial or residential buildings. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and repairs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good reporting and communication abilities. Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, working at heights, confined spaces).
