Our Motto It all begins with you!Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions within our manufacturing operations. The role involves workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and implementation of HR policies and systems. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and proven HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Professional HR certification is an added advantage Minimum 1-3 years’ HR experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setting, would be extremely valuable. Key Responsibilities; Maintain and regularly review employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance Monitor and follow up on employee contracts and renewals Review and update existing HR policies and practices Provide guidance and advice on personnel matters Ensure the company remains compliant with labor laws and regulatory requirements Competencies: âÂÂStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proven leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities Experience in performance management and employee engagement Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Terms of engagement : The engagement would be for a period of twelve (12) months, renewable.
