To prepare necessary vouchers for reallocation of costs mis in disbursement account to the correct control accounts upon approval by the ODC in liaison with Operations Supervisors. To prepare and present weekly report on the progress made for files analyzed with a view to classifying the files whose costs have correctly been recovered from client. To highlight Alive Files in disbursement control and liaise with the COMs for archiving process to be conducted on files aged over three months. To notify the COMs of files that need prompt recovery of monies disbursed on behalf of client. Qualifications Diploma Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
