Medical Officer Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized university (MBChB or MBBS) Registered and with a valid license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council At least one (1) year internship experience in either a public or private hospital. Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Knowledge of healthcare policies, documentation, and reporting procedures. Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems). Desirable competencies Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills. Knowledge of the laws of Kenya, regulations, guidelines, and health schemes. Good report writing skills. Conversant with both public and private sector At least 2 yrs experience BLS & ACLS With leadership experience Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
