The role focuses on maximizing every inbound opportunity through structured processes, team performance management, cross functional collaboration and customer experience excellence. Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales and Commerce or any related field At least 4 years' experience in sales, preferably In-house or office-based sales Strong leadership and team management Skills High commercial acumen and results orientation Strong analytical skills with a problem solving attitude Strong customer management and negotiation skills Strong problem solving skills Loyal and disposed to protect the company's image Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
