Emerge Egress Consulting is a Management and Training Consulting established in 2017 (herein referred as EEC). EEC specializes in offering tailored and proficient HR Management training and team building services. We examine issues of concern in depth and we have specialized in training which looks at the demand for potential success of Government, Local Government, Religious Bodies, Private Organizations, NGO’s, Voluntary Organizations and Community Organizations as well as the Private Sector.Role Objective: Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative who is proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven. The role involves driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong client relationships to support business growth within the workshop environment. Core Duties and Responsibilities:  Identify and approach potential customers to generate new sales opportunities  Promote and sell workshop products and services to individuals and businesses  Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information  Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business  Meet and exceed set sales targets and performance goals  Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports  Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure satisfaction  Follow up on leads and convert them into actual sales  Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions  Support marketing activities, promotions, and product awareness campaigns  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities  Assist in stock feedback by reporting customer demand and product performance  Ensure proper display and presentation of products where applicable  Perform any other sales-related duties as assigned Job Specifications and Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field  Minimum of two (2) years Previous experience in sales (workshop or technical environment is an added advantage)  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  Key Competencies Strong communication and persuasion skills  Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Good negotiation and problem-solving skills  High level of integrity and professionalism  Team player with a positive attitude
