Emerge Egress Consulting is a Management and Training Consulting established in 2017 (herein referred as EEC). EEC specializes in offering tailored and proficient HR Management training and team building services. We examine issues of concern in depth and we have specialized in training which looks at the demand for potential success of Government, Local Government, Religious Bodies, Private Organizations, NGO’s, Voluntary Organizations and Community Organizations as well as the Private Sector.Role Objective We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Officer – Services to support the growth of our recruitment and consulting services. The role is focused on acquiring new clients, strengthening existing relationships, and enhancing the company’s market presence through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Core Duties and Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio  Promote recruitment and placement services to prospective clients  Achieve set sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis  Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements for clients  Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business  Conduct follow-ups, negotiations, and successfully close deals  Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and job opportunities  Participate in marketing activities such as events, expos, roadshows, and career fairs  Manage digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, and online engagement  Strengthen brand visibility and enhance the company’s market positioning  Advise clients and candidates on recruitment processes and timelines  Respond to inquiries professionally and provide accurate information  Gather client feedback to improve service delivery  Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and marketing activities  Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports  Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulations   Job Specifications and Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field  Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development  Experience in recruitment or service-based industries is an added advantage  Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets  Exposure to digital marketing and customer engagement tools is desirable     Key Competencies Strong sales and client management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Marketing strategy development and execution Attention to detail  Flexibility Results-oriented
