We work with major companies, raising their performance, driving their strategies and enhancing their productivity.Key Responsibilities  Lead end-to-end video content creation (planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and optimization) Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies combining video, graphics, and copy Optimize content for various platforms to maximize reach and engagement Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals and brand guidelines Manage and grow social media platforms through consistent posting and audience engagement Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Oversee and update website content to ensure accuracy, SEO, and a strong user experience Work with developers to enhance website performance and conversion rates Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, analytics, and customer engagement Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Production, IT, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in video production, editing, and graphic design. Advanced proficiency with video editing and graphic design tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve. Experience with WordPress or similar content management systems (CMS). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation
