Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence Requirements for Appointment: For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: - Kenyan Citizenship Be in possession of a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Water Engineering or its equivalent; Served in the grade of Superintendent (Water Engineering) or its equivalent for a minimum period of three years Registration with Engineers Board of Kenya Knowledge of design software, (AutoCAD, Water CAD); Knowledge of relevant legislation; Knowledge of professional Engineering standards; Proficiency in computer applications and project management.
