Mission To transform the livelihood of the people of Kisumu county on a foundation of integrity through accountable, efficient and effective leadership that invokes participation and pursuit of quality services, for a prosperous county that is a harbor of excellence Requirement for appointment: For appointment to this grade a candidate must have; Kenyan Citizenship Bachelors Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Water Supply Technology; Water Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution: Registration with Engineers Board of Kenya; Served in the grade of Superintendent Water for a minimum period of three (3) years Knowledge in designing software (AUTOCAD; Water CAD} Knowledge of relevant legislation Proficiency in Computer Applications, Knowledge of professional engineering standards
