Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Clerk for a hybrid role based in Mombasa, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing administrative and executive assistance, maintaining records, handling communication, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day office functions. This role helps support the operational efficiency of the organization and acts as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Competence in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong proficiency in Communication and Phone Etiquette Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance tasks Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of the real estate or property development industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management or related fields are advantageous
