The Fund intends to run the above referred program to enable youths gain practical, on-the-job experience for a period of one (1) year. This is in line with the Government Youth Initiative to develop a pool of young talent for the Kenyan Labour Market. The Fund hereby invites applications from suitable Kenyan youths for the Internship Opportunities for the FY 2026/2027 available at its Head office and branches countrywide. Basic Requirements Suitable candidates must: i. Be in possession of a first degree or Diploma from an accredited institution. The candidate must have graduated and be in possession of the certificate.ii. Be an unemployed Kenyan youth aged between 20 and 34 years;iii. Have graduated within the last five (5) years from the closing date of this internship advertisement;iv. Provide a recommendation / reference letter from the institution attended;v. NOT have undertaken any other internship programme or been exposed to work experience since graduation; andvi. Be available for the entire internship duration (1 year). Personal Attributes Suitable candidates must: i. Be a person of high Integrity.ii. Be goal oriented, dynamic, self-driven and a diligent individual.iii. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.iv. Be proficient in ICT skills.v. Be a team player. Duties and Responsibilities These shall be assigned by respective Heads of Department/Supervisors upon appointment.
