Role Description The Executive Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with clients and partners, and promoting Bonanza’s unique travel services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, presenting tailored travel packages, and achieving sales targets. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who are confident in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals within the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the tourism and travel market Promote and sell company tourism products/services to clients (individuals, groups, or corporate clients) Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs in the tourism industry Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry Strong knowledge of tourism products, destinations, and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Established network in the tourism industry is an added advantage Ability to generate leads and close sales without constant supervision Basic proficiency in digital tools (email, CRM systems, social media for sales)
