Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a global management consulting firm that helps people make significant improvements to their business performance and realize their most important career goals.Job summary: The Recruitment Executive will provide end-to-end recruitment support within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role is responsible for executing 360° recruitment activities, working closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely sourcing, screening, and coordination of high-quality candidates in line with client requirements and service delivery standards. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, shortlist, and match candidates against job specifications and role requirements. Conduct initial candidate screening to assess suitability, experience, and role alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams. Prepare interview documentation and ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment records and files. Support the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure efficient and timely delivery of hiring needs. Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting tools. Generate recruitment reports and provide basic analysis on hiring progress, trends, and outcomes. Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruitment function as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a corporate or recruitment environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Word and Advanced Excel. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High attention to detail with strong execution and follow-through ability. High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and client-oriented approach. Ability to quickly grasp processes and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
