Job Title: Head of Brand Operations (Personal Brand & Business Ecosystem) Location: Mombasa, Kenya Salary: KES 50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a high-level operator to serve as the Head of Brand Operations for Keith Muoki—a fast-growing personal brand at the intersection of coaching, digital products, live experiences, and platform-based businesses. This role is not for beginners. You will function as the central command point of the brand—overseeing teams, aligning execution, protecting brand integrity, and ensuring that every department performs at a high level. You are the bridge between vision and execution. Your Mandate To bring structure, speed, and excellence into every part of the brand while ensuring alignment with vision, message, and revenue goals. Key Areas of Oversight 1. Executive Operations & Team Leadership Supervise and coordinate all departments (content, events, sales, platform, media)Ensure clear roles, accountability, and delivery across teamsRun weekly performance check-ins and enforce execution standards 1. Brand Protection & Positioning Guard the integrity, tone, and public perception of the brandEnsure all outward communication reflects authority, clarity, and consistencyAct as a gatekeeper for what goes out publicly 1. Content & Media Ecosystem Oversee content direction across TikTok, livestreams, and social platformsEnsure consistency in message, frequency, and qualityWork with content teams to optimize reach, engagement, and growth 1. Events, Shows & Experiences Oversee planning and execution of live events, coaching programs, and showsEnsure premium experience, strong attendance, and smooth deliveryCoordinate logistics, promotions, and team responsibilities 1. Revenue Systems & Product Performance Monitor and improve performance of books, courses, and digital productsWork with marketing and sales teams to optimize conversionsTrack revenue trends and identify growth opportunities 1. Platform Oversight (Kujuana Matchmaking) Supervise growth, engagement, and operational performanceEnsure platform aligns with brand values and user experience standardsCoordinate campaigns and feature improvements 1.
