The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs is a United Nations body established in December 1991 by the General Assembly to strengthen the international response to complex emergencies and natural disastersDuties and Responsibilities Support in day to day filing and maintenance of documents; Assist staff in processing requests for equipment, supplies, extension of UN IDs, transport/hotel bookings(in-coming staff/Missions); Prepare and regularly update spreadsheet on the cost recoveries for private telephone calls and support in cost recovery of the same and personal usage of official vehicles; Assist staff/front office with organizing meetings by booking venues and catering services; Take notes/prepare minutes during the Admin Team meetings and follow-up on action points; Any other duty that will enhance the skills of the intern in administration and management of the Unit Qualifications/special skills Enrolment in a graduate degree programme of a recognized institution in in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field. Be enrolled in the final academic year of a first university degree program (minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent); or have graduated with a university degree. Completed University studies not more than a year at the time of applying
