Hands-on field collection experience, including client visits and on-site account recovery. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Responsibilities: Contact overdue accounts via phone, email, or letters to remind and negotiate repayment. Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken. • Monitor the status of overdue accounts and escalate cases as necessary • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and company policies related to d collection.
