This role is suited for individuals who understand industrial and commercial client needs and can position integrated solutions rather than just products. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Growth Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across target sectors (manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, institutions) Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Develop and execute strategic sales plans within assigned territory or sector Solution-Based Selling Understand client operational needs and recommend appropriate chemical, equipment, and service solutions Conduct product demonstrations, site assessments, and solution presentations Customize proposals that deliver value and efficiency to clients  Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the company's solution portfolio Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in hygiene solutions, industrial chemicals, FMCG, or facilities services is highly preferred Background from a reputable and structured organization is an added advantage Core Competencies Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to sell technical/solution-based products Excellent communication and presentation skills Results-driven with a strong performance mindset Ability to build and sustain professional client relationships High level of self-motivation and accountability
