Job Description Product Context: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Dynamics 365 Business Central Role Objective Own end-to-end implementation of a multi-entity accounting system for UAE operations. Drive design, configuration, integration, and go-live. Key Responsibilities
- Solution Ownership Design multi-entity ERP structure (legal entities, consolidation, intercompany) Define global chart of accounts and entity-level variations Set up UAE VAT, compliance, and reporting
- Finance Module Implementation General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets Cash & Bank management
- Multi-Entity & Intercompany Automate intercompany invoicing and reconciliation Consolidation and group reporting Transfer pricing considerations
- Data & Migration Define migration strategy from existing systems Data validation and reconciliation post-migration
- Integrations HRMS & payroll systems Banking systems Reporting/BI tools
- Delivery & Governance Lead implementation partner Define sprint plans, backlog, and milestones Own UAT, go-live, and stabilization Must-Have Requirements 5–10+ years ERP experience 2+ full lifecycle implementations on Dynamics Strong finance domain knowledge (multi-entity accounting) UAE VAT and compliance exposure Experience handling intercompany transactions Good-to-Have Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem Prior GCC implementation Exposure to HRMS/payroll integrations KPIs (Success Metrics) Go-live within planned timeline Zero critical accounting mismatches post go-live Automated intercompany transactions Audit-ready financial reports
