Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and staff administration Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management Oversee HR operations, employee records, contracts, and HR systems Provide HR strategy support and workforce planning advice Coordinate performance management, staff training, and development initiatives Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution Handle labour relations matters including union engagement and compliance with labour laws Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational needs Manage payroll inputs, staff records, and HR reporting Provide guidance to departmental heads on HR and workforce management issues Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field CHRP / Higher Diploma (IHRM) is an added advantage 5–7 years’ HR experience, including 2–3 years in a senior Strong background in labour relations and handling semi-skilled labour Excellent knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR compliance Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills High level of integrity and professionalism
