Verify and upload dispatch and operational documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy. Coordinate and monitor petroleum truck dispatch documentation in line with operational requirements. Ensure all mandatory dispatch documents are available and correctly processed before truck release. Resolve system, documentation, and dispatch-related issues promptly to avoid operational delays. Liaise with transporters, operations teams, and relevant departments to ensure smooth dispatch processes. Maintain proper records and filing of dispatch and operational documents. Monitor order status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and petroleum dispatch regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing dispatch accuracy and operational efficiency. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in the petroleum industry in a similar dispatch, logistics, or documentation role is mandatory. Must have hands-on experience handling dispatch documentation for petroleum trucks. Proficiency in SAP is mandatory, with practical experience in order processing and dispatch coordination. Strong understanding of petroleum loading and dispatch procedures. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document processing and data entry. Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook. End Date 28th May 2026
