At TakaTaka Solutions, We collect your waste like every other waste collector, but, instead of taking it to a landfill, we take it to our own sites, where we sort the waste, and then recycle 95% either ourselves or through our local partners. This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world. Job Description: Achieve the monthly set sourcing targets: both quality and quantity Oversee purchasing recyclable materials from waste pickers in all assigned BBC as per BBC quality SOP Monthly Delivery schedule for aggregators  Onboard new waste pickers for purchases and maintain relationships with suppliers by regular (e.g. weekly) check-ins Handle grievances of waste pickers and update grievance tracker and update Manager through email after grievance Conduct research and gather market intelligence on suppliers, pricing, and new products or services. Update daily expected deliveries and liaise with buyback Centre supervisor/Operations Prepare and update delivery and target tracker Market research survey on focus with the company recycling fractions Attending weekly meeting with with BBC Manager Hold Daily brief with Assistant field officers  Supervise all the Assistant field officers and ensure all tasks are done Create a budget and proactively suggest cost-cutting initiatives Updating the market research survey  tracker  with focus on cost cutting Comprehensive Market Research on all recyclable materials  New proposals of new model with focus on quality of material Achieve set Purchases target set for every BBC Zero unresolved waste pickers issues Waste pickers D-notes are issued on time Minimum Requirements: Education Diploma in Business Management or related field.  Experience Prior experience in waste recycling or related industry is required.  Business Understanding Strong understanding of:  Different types of recyclable materials  Recycling market dynamics  Sales and sourcing strategies  Skills & Competencies Strong negotiation and marketing skills  Excellent grievance handling and interpersonal skills  Leadership and team supervision ability  Analytical and market research capability  Good reporting and organizational skills
