Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity (BPO experience is an added advantage). Skills in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and security audits. Experience managing security systems such as SIEM, IDS, EDR, and Antivirus tools is an advantage. Knowledge of ISO 27001 and Information Security standards preferred. Relevant certifications such as CEH or CISSP are a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle shifting schedules. Key Responsibilities Investigate and resolve security incidents and vulnerabilities. Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing. Monitor security systems and analyze network traffic. Manage user access controls and ensure compliance.
