Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, ads) to promote the platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, content creators and influencers to ensure timely campaign execution and content delivery.
- Manage the publishing and scheduling of marketing assets across all social media platforms.
- Manage official online community pages and groups to ensure a positive user environment.
- Maintain a consistent presence in community channels through regular updates and interactive content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with support and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Confident engaging with users in online environments and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different departments
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
