‎ Key Responsibilities

‎ 1. Front Office Management: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

‎ 2. Communication: Manage school calls appropriately, and handle official correspondence via email and letters.

‎ 3. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks to support the school management.

‎ 4. Parental Engagement: Provide accurate information to current and prospective parents regarding school programs and events.

‎Requirements & Qualifications

‎ 1. Age: Between 25 and 40 years old.

‎ 2. Education: Diploma or Degree in Front Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.

‎ 3. Computer Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

‎ 4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

‎ 5. Personal Attributes: Highly presentable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
