Location: Nakuru
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and prepare financial accounts and related documents
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reports
Supervise and coordinate cashiers (including onboarding and reshuffling when necessary)
Ensure proper cash handling and accountability procedures
Support general business administration tasks
Assist in organizing office operations and workflow
Provide administrative support to management as required
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Experience handling cash or working with cashiers is an added advantage
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Age:30 years and above
Experience:
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience
Salary:
KES 30,000 per month
