The successful candidate will be reporting to Senior Office Assistant and responsible for maintaining cleanliness and provision of offices services. The appointment will be on permanent terms, subject to satisfactory performance. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities are; - • Ensuring safe custody of office documents; • Ensuring the safety of office equipment; • Carrying out general office cleanliness; • Delivering of office mails; • Preparing and serving office beverages; • Dispatching of office mails; • Requisitioning office general supplies; • Operating basic office equipment; • Photocopying of documents; • Binding of documents. Qualifications and Work experience The successful candidate must have/be: - • Have KCSE D+ or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; • Proficiency in computer applications; • Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
