About Speedy Chui Speedy Chui Africa Limited is building a smart locker (APM) network across Nairobi ahead of our go-live on 1st June 2026. Our Automated Parcel Machines enable customers to send and receive parcels securely and conveniently. As we scale to 200+ locations, we require strong field deployment and technical support capability. About the RoleWe are looking for a Field Technical Engineer to lead the deployment, connectivity, and maintenance of APM devices across Nairobi.** This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong telecoms, networking, and troubleshooting skills, with frequent field travel.

Qualifications & Skills** Diploma or Degree in:**

• Telecommunications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering

• IT or related field

Hands-on experience in:

• Telecom networks (LTE, SIM, signal optimization)

• Networking and troubleshooting

• Field installations

• Willingness to travel extensively

Bonus**

• Experience with MikroTik routers**

• ISP / telecom background

• IoT or device deployment experience

• VOIP / firewall exposure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead installation of APM units across multiple locations

• Configure connectivity (LTE, LAN, Fiber)

• Install and optimize antennas for signal performance

• Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of APMs

• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues

• Provide field support and maintenance

• Support warehouse staging and device preparation

• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and site teams

• Track APM assets and configurations
