1. End-to-End Marketing Ownership**
Own and execute the entire marketing strategy and calendar
Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Manage all marketing channels: digital, social media, content, events, and partnerships
Build and continuously optimize the marketing funnel

- Digital Marketing & Performance Management**
Plan and run paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok or programmatic
Optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) relentlessly
Manage funnels: impression → click → signup→ funded account
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and offers
Build and optimize landing pages
Work with product to fix friction points (KYC, sign-up, verification)
Track KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention
Build dashboards and weekly performance reports
Measure and Attribute performance correctly across channels
Be comfortable using Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude
Run and optimize campaigns across:
Social media
Email marketing
Website and landing pages
Track and report on:
Leads generated
Conversion rates
Campaign performance (CTR, CPL)
