- Support hiring processes, candidate coordination, interviews, and employee induction activities.
Learning & Development****
- Assist in preparation and coordination of training programs, workshops, and Training Needs Analysis data consolidation.
Employee Relations & Engagement****
- Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives while escalating complex issues appropriately.
Performance Management****
- Assist in performance appraisal processes, reporting, and career development support activities.
HRIS & HR Analytics****
- Support HR data entry, reporting, and analysis to enhance decision-making and maintain system accuracy.
HR Projects & Administration**
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and provide administrative support across HR functions.
