Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Check Off loans, payroll lending, or microfinance servicesd

• Strong track record in portfolio growth, lead conversion, and client retention

• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills

• A results-driven leader with a reputation for professionalism and trustworthines
